SUMMARY
After clicking launch, the application fails to start. There is a momentary flashing of an icon beside the pointer, but no window opens allowing the program to be utilized. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Artikulate using discover package manager. 
2. Click "Launch" in Discover, or click Artikulate in the Application menu
3. Wait

OBSERVED RESULT
A momentary flashing of an icon beside the pointer

EXPECTED RESULT
Menu bar allowing download of language and begin learning.
