SUMMARY
There is no blur in any drop down menus although blur is enabled. This makes the text in menus very difficult to read.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable transparent menus in system settings.
2. Enable blur for transparent menus in system settings.
3. Open KGPG and right click in the white area.

OBSERVED RESULT
No blur at all, very difficult to read the text because there is no blur.

EXPECTED RESULT
Blur.

I can't confirm this issue any more.
I don't know why it disappeared, but I can confirm that I have had this issue multiple times in the past, but not any more.

Thanks for reporting that back. I honestly had no idea what could have caused this either.
