SUMMARY
kaffeine version 2.0.18 - opensuse 15.1
start kaffeine after boot allows to to view tv from astra 19.2 high-band
for example WDR on 12422 Mhz. After switch to any TV program on low-band
and back to high-band the program does not tune.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. start kaffeine after boot
2. wdr program on high band 12422 MHz works
3. twitch to any progran from low-band
4. wsitch back to 12422 high band oes not work
5. close kaffeine 
6. open wdr on 12422 with vlc works
7. close vlc
8. start kaffeine WDR on 12422 works 
9. afterwards same procedure with point 3.
