STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. start X11 session
2. open system settings > input devices > touchpad
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
slider to adjust the scrolling speed is available and adjustable

EXPECTED RESULT
On X11, scrolling speed slider is hidden in Mouse kcm. The same should be done in Touchpad kcm.
