SUMMARY
Attempting to create a folder in Personal Contacts fails.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Kontact and navigate to Contacts.
2. Right-click Personal Contacts.
3. Choose "Add Address Book Folder", enter a name, and click OK.

OBSERVED RESULT
Kontact fails with the following error:
Could not create address book folder: Could not create collection Test, resourceId 7

EXPECTED RESULT
An address book folder is created.
