SUMMARY
For some reason, Telegram insists on open urls with Falkon when I have chromium set up as my default browser right now.
All applications open chromium properly except for Telegram which decided eventually to use Falkon.

EXPECTED RESULT
I would expect to either be able to easily have this be fixed or even be a non-problem since it should be Plasma deciding which application to launch rather than the portals infrastructure.


SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: master all on host, using org.kde.Sdk//5.14

I have similar issue. Telegram keeps asking which program to use to open PDF files. It's very annoying b/c Okular is hidden under "Show More" and there seems to be no way to make default associations
