SUMMARY
When I tried to Render a Video in Kdenlive 19.12.3(Installed Via Snap), The Job is just Waiting Stage even after minutes.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Import a Clip or an image in timeline
2. Click "Render"
3. Give a folder path and name
4.Select format "mp4"
5.Click "Render to File"

OBSERVED RESULT
Job is in Waiting Stage forever

EXPECTED RESULT
Video should rendered in the Path

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
KDE Neon 5.18
KDE Plasma Version: 5.18.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.68.0
Qt Version: 5.14.1

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
When I tried the Same with AppImage version, It works perfectly fine.

Please try with the current Kdenlive AppImage version 19.12.3 to see if there are any packaging issues https://files.kde.org/kdenlive/release/ 

If the problem/issue doesn't occur when using the AppImage, then it's your configuration or packaging.
