Some Icons are very small. You can't find anything. 

Perhaps its possibly to make a list of plugins or all plugin icons same size to improve the usability.

Which icons are too small? Please take a screenshot. Do you use a 4k resolution? Then please test the last digiKam-7.0.0-Beta3, this version scales automatically with the scaling factor set under Windows.

I suppose he means the ActionCategorizedView (Tools View). I once set very large icons with setIconSize(). Many icons actually stay on 16x16. I have a look at it.
