SUMMARY
Drag based UI control is inconsistent to adjusting at least the brush size and canvas zoom.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Shift Drag to adjust brush size.
2. Ctrl Space Drag to adjust canvas zoom.

OBSERVED RESULT
brush size can only be adjusted with horizontal drag.
canvas zoom can only be adjusted with vertical drag.

EXPECTED RESULT
tools like this is recommended to have consistent drag direction.
Supporting both horizontal and vertical is recommended.
