SUMMARY
emoji picker "feels" kind of modal to the workspace and should go away if I hit esc

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open picker
2. hit esc

OBSERVED RESULT
nothing happens

EXPECTED RESULT
close picker

this would be more in line with how kickoff or krunner behave. and give a more streamlined experience for keyboard-only operation
