Which version is that? The latest and a few before that don't have any links on the splash screen. And on the Welcome Screen all links are correct.

The Version is 4.0.1, which is the current version on (K)Ubuntu 18.04.

Sorry for the misunderstanding: It is the Welcome Screen. Probably fixed in a later version. My Version is 4.0.1, which is the current version on (K)Ubuntu 18.04.

Yes, that's fixed in later versions. And 4.0.1 is positively ancient: we're currently at 4.2.9. I'm afraid that even the Krita Lime PPA doesn't support 18.04 anymore. You might be able to get a more up to date version from kubuntu's backports repos, and if not, you probably should consider using the appimage instead.
