SUMMARY
When seeding file has been deleted KTorrent informs user by showing popup dialog. This it fine, but perhaps it would be better to show notification instead. This would be would be much less invasive, flexible and consistent with other errors.

Advantage of keeping popup dialog is the fact that it allows user to instantly pick action (redownload, pick new location, ignore), so project manager should decide which solution is better.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Seed a torrent
2. Delete files while still seeding
3. Wait for dialog to show up
