SUMMARY
LicenseRef-KDE-Accepted-GPL is not a license defined by SPDX 2.1. I doubt it's ok to use this in SPDX header. Problem introduced in http://commits.kde.org/kio-extras/46b5fb425c148b9a6b02eed3ef25f14feb5996ba
