SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Connect android phone to KDE connect
2. Open a jpg file from Dolphin or just open the app from launcher
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
ca 30 sec delay

Have a look at Bug 411196, it's probably the same.

If you scroll to the bottom, you'll see a fix is due
