Hi ! I can confirm this bug on my system, a Debian Buster standard installation (tagged as "Linux (x86_64) release 4.19.0-12-amd64"), with Xfce as Desktop Manager, and Firefox 78.4.0esr. I am using kdenlive-20.08.2-x86_64.appimage. After using the menu "Help/Report Bug", the "Submit Bug Report" window appears, but nothing happens when clicking its "Launch Bug Report Wizard" button.
