SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. I have two monitors with different resolution and screen scaling 1.7
2. I use rectangular region mode of caturing


OBSERVED RESULT

The area of possible capturing becomes small so I can not capture some area at all

EXPECTED RESULT

I can screen any area I see
