SUMMARY
Comparing a file on a ftp server with a local file leads to file not found error

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. run kdiff3 ftp://192.168.0.1/remote.txt /home/user/local.txt
2. kdiff3 reports error that remote.txt was not found 
3. it does not seem to try to access the file on ftp but on local file system


OBSERVED RESULT
kdiff3 does not open file on ftp server but reports file not found error

EXPECTED RESULT
kdiff3 opens file on ftp server and compares it to local file

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
kdiff3 version 0.9.98 is working with ftp files as expected

Should be fixed in 1.8.2. Just released at https://download.kde.org/stable/kdiff3/kdiff3-1.8.2.tar.xz.mirrorlist.
