You can use Palette docker to create and save palettes, but you'd need to create it yourself. You can just click on all the colors in the color selector and paint with it a bit, and then use Color Picker Tool with "add to palette" option checked and it pointing to the correct (your new, custom) palette (make extra sure it does!). It shouldn't be too tedious. That's what I have been doing...it take a long time...this way since the ACS tool grabs the colors so quickly, it would only make sense to be able to then save that palette? Setting to wishlist.
