SUMMARY
If you attach a second monitor (it dont happen if computer is booted with the two monitor since begining), Dashboard is opened in the wrong monitor. If plasmoid is in the second monitor, dashboard is open in the first)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Attach a monitor
2. Open dashboard
3. You see dashboard in the wrong monitor

OBSERVED RESULT
I have to close session or restart plasma to get dashboard in the correct monitor.

EXPECTED RESULT
dashboard would be consistent in the correct monitor always
