SUMMARY
!important(the picture on the desktop)
Right-click the picture on the desktop sent to the mobile phone, will make the entire plasma unresponsive for a few 
seconds, the mouse click does not respond, only the shortcut key can switch, and then return to normal, the phone 
receives the picture.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right-click the picture on the desktop sent to the mobile phone
2. The plasma unresponsive for a few seconds
3. And then return to normal, the phone receives the picture

OBSERVED RESULT
The plasma unresponsive for a few seconds

EXPECTED RESULT
The plasma is running normally

[fileitemactionplugin] Use async DBus call

Otherwise the call will block and freeze the calling process, e.g. dolphin or plasmashell
