When using the GSConnect web extension (already submitted a bug report with them and they directed me here) to send a URL to my phone it only opens the URL when the app is active in the foreground. When the app is not, nothing happens. Using another phone that doesn't run Android 10, the app however behaves as expected.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use extension to share a url to the connected phone when app is not in the foreground

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens, the page is not opened in the default browser.

EXPECTED RESULT
Just like when the app is in the foreground, the url is opened in the default browser.
