SUMMARY
"Update" page of Discover shows 2 updates for flatpak runtimes,
but "flatpak update" command in Konsole does not find them.
It finds "org.freedesktop.Platform.openh264" update instead, that Discover
does not find. When I try to install the updates listed in Discover, I get "Aborted due to failure" error message. See the attached screenshot please.


EXPECTED RESULT
Discover should find and install all flatpak updates available.

"org.freedesktop.Platform.openh264" is never installed, I always get this result:
"Warning: org.freedesktop.Platform.openh264 not installed
Installation complete."

neither neon unstable nor Arch running plasma 5.20 beta is affected.
