For working with the kmymoney source code it would be helpful to have the kmymoney API documentation in Qt help format so that it can be used in Qt Creator or KDevelop.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. inspect development package for kmymoney

OBSERVED RESULT
There is no kmymoney.qch file providing the kmymoney api documentation in Qt Help format

EXPECTED RESULT
There should be a kmymoney.qch file in the development package

Generating api documentation now uses cmake support for doxygen.
