SUMMARY
- Suggested people tag does not appear on Unconfirmed thumbnails until you click on the thumbnail.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Scan for face recognition
2. Go to the Unconfirmed faces list
3. *** Requires that some suggested matches be provided.

OBSERVED RESULT
- Suggested names are not shown on the icons until you click on them.

EXPECTED RESULT
- Suggested names are shown on all thumbnails.

This is by design, this overlay widget is only displayed above the active item. If you confirm it, the next item becomes active and the proposed name becomes visible.

For the wish to group the people found, we already have bug reports. I close the bug.
