Can you please attached your project file to this bug report? Created attachment 126737 [details]
The project where the plot was created, but dissapear after saving/reopen (right click on Y colimn => plot data => xy plot =>new plot in new worksheet)
If i create a plot like this:
right click on Y column => plot data => xy plot =>new plot in new worksheet
In this case worksheet containing the plot dissapear after saving and reopen the project
If i create a plot like this:
add new worksheet to the project=>add new xy plot=>add new xy curve and select data in the "general" tab
every thing works ok

This is the same problem as was reported in Bug 413401. This only happens if you have a spreadsheet as child of a workbook and the plot created via the plot data dialog is also added as a child to the workbook. This bug is fixed in 2.8. As a workaround: 1. if you want to use the plot data dialog, don't create spreadsheets as childrenn of workbooks 2. create manually a worksheet first and then let new plot to be created in this workhseet, as you also already realized. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 413401 *** |
