SUMMARY
so when you use the "switch brush" button on the wireless pen, it will cause the particular brush you were using to become useless. It only affects the brush you used in the switching because the other brushes are not affected by it.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open up Krita
2. press the "switch brush" button
3. press the button again to go back to the brush

OBSERVED RESULT
the brush will stop drawing in any color and the whole program will need to be closed to fix it

EXPECTED RESULT
it would switch between the brushes with ease and without problems.

Which "switch brush button"? My Huion 610 doesn't have a "switch brush button", not by default...

whe you go to your driver and click on the pen button options there is a place where you can add a "switch function" option, there is really only two options that being "switch screen" and "switch brush" I use this to make switching between brush and eraser easier

Hm, I wonder what Huion thinks is "switch brush" -- in Krita '/' is the default shortcut for switch brush.

Okay, after a bit of googling I found that they probably refer to switching brushes in Photoshop: you'd either need to figure out which key press it sends and change the switch brush preset shortcut in Krita's settings, or figure out how to make the huion send a /.

We don't currently have a working huion tablet, so we cannot check what it's sending ourselves.
