STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Dsicover
2. click on any app to open its description page
3. position cursor to the left or right (near the scroll bar) of the app screenshots and try to scroll the description page

OBSERVED RESULT
nothing happens

EXPECTED RESULT
scrolling should work when the cursor is positioned anywhere on an app’s description page

Fixed on Arch Linux (Plasma 5.22 beta) and neon unstable. :)
