Hi, 

it's somewhat confusing and not clear whether the snap package for kdenlive can be used or not.

The english download page https://kdenlive.org/en/download/ says yes, there is a snap package and links to snapcraft, while the german https://kdenlive.org/de/download-de/ says no, currently there is no snap. 

Furthermore, the snap comes in four versions, all between 5 months and 3 years old. 


So is this something people should use or not? Seems ambiguous. 

Maybe mark it as experimental/testing.

I'm not sure if snap package is really maintained (yes, we have to update the homepage). 

Please use the current Kdenlive AppImage version 19.12.3  https://files.kde.org/kdenlive/release/

The team doesn't maintain the snap packages, I am moving it to Neon which seems to be the maintainer.

I am maintaining all KDE snaps now, on behalf of theneon team. Kdenlive is currently 22.08.1 and 22.08.2 sthe next day or 2. Many fixes included!
