SUMMARY
Kate installed from snap does not install the kate-plugins. I don't know whether is it intended or not, but I really miss some of the plugins.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install snap package of kate editor
2. Start kate
3. Go to settings->plugins

OBSERVED RESULT
Plugin list is empty

EXPECTED RESULT
Plugins should be available

It looks like the candidate channel is affected.

Fixed in version 19.12.3
