Thank you for reporting this. By any chance, did you notice if it used to work? I noticed this issue for the first time a couple of days ago as well, and I believe I specifically tested it before, so I think it used to work. It's possible one of the dependencies updated and broke linefeeds. Unfortunately no, since I started using KDE Connect the day I reported
the bug.
