SUMMARY
I'm trying to build a project that has submodules but kdesrc-build isn't checking out those submodules.  

My configfile has:
module kdsoap
  repository https://github.com/KDAB/KDSoap.git
end module

this worked fine until recently when a required submodule was added to kdsoap

KDSoap is not a KDE project, granted.
