SUMMARY
Not able to view snap channels. For example Firefox has 3 snap channels, Stable, ESR, and Beta. I am not able to see choose these in KDE Discover. I have test this on Kubuntu 19.10 with KDE 5.18.1 (via backport ppa) as well latest build of KDE Neon stable edition.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Discover
2. Search and find Firefox Snap application
3. See if you can view different channels (Beta, ESR, Stable)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Comment 1 ianp 2020-04-17 15:12:10 UTC
I get this with Inkscape. The Snap is 0.92 And I need the release candidate Inkscape 1.0 rc1 on --candidate. But there is no chance to choose a channel.
(Also on 19.10)

As is, the channels button only appears after installing the application.
The workflow would be to install it then choose a channel.

Can you check if it's the case for you? if so we could consider changing our workflow if it's not what you'd expect but I'd like to know if everything works otherwise.

@Aleix Yes. It does show the channels AFTER installation in the case of Inkscape.

This is unexpected behaviour as there is no indication that the channels option will appear! Expect more questions from people who spent a long time searching for the version choice if it remains. I suggest to add a label to inform users.

It's also not clear why the installation must be done twice? To my user logic, the Channels button could be available always. This would prevent users searching a long time. And let them install it only once.
