STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open standalone "Applications style" kcm via apps launcher or krunner
2.  click on "Configure Gnome/GTK Application Style" button


OBSERVED RESULT
As we can see in the attached screenshot, "Download new Gnome/GTK Application Style" button is cut off.

EXPECTED RESULT
mentioned button should be entirely visible

You need to open it in KCMShell, not System Settings.
