1. Open the crashtest file in kate.
2. 🐾
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
kwin crashes.

EXPECTED RESULT
Title bar of the kate window should display the 🐾 character correctly.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
It has been quite common for this to occur while opening a webpage with a forbidden character. May be related to a window management effect.

oops, bugzilla filtered it out. basically just save a file in kate with '🐾' to reproduce.
