SUMMARY
When trying to scrub the timeline the cursor goes into MOVE/Grab mode and drags the whole window. This happens also when Clicking and dragging anywhere int he application background.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add a video to the timeline
2. Try to scrub the time lilne (left click and hold, then drag)

if that doesn't do it do the below:

1. Add a video to the timeline
2. split the video (Razor tool)
3. Try to scrub the timeline (left click and hold, then drag)

Confirmed. See issue https://invent.kde.org/kde/kdenlive/issues/528. Solution: hit windows+r -> type "appdata" -> goto "local" -> copy attached file "breezerc" into this folder. It's not clear how we can solve this finaly.
