I'm sorry, but problems like this aren't bugs in Krita; they are problems with drivers, or a local setup problem. In case the windows ink api has a better implementation than the wintab api in this Huion driver, you can switch between the two in Krita's settings dialog. Please give that a try first. You need to restart Krita after switching.
