Applies to kcontrol | personalizations | accessibility configuration. After enabling Sticky Keys it functions properly initially but then Sticky Keys turns itself off after some period of inavtivity. This bug was supposedly fixed in KDE 3.0. I upgraded KDE from 2.x TO 3.0 and the bug persists.
