SUMMARY

kde gui is freezed by archive mail agent about 10 s and consumes 100 % of one of the four cores

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. update at the same time to kde apps 19.12.2, plasma 5.18.0, framework 5.67.0, 
qt 5.14.1
2. Wait for archive mail agent job starting
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT

you observe a freeze of the kde gui of about 10 s

I'd say that after updating such core libraries you need to at least log out / log in...
