STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open system settings > power management 
2. select "Activity settings" section and select "Use separate settings (advanced users only" radio button
3. click on "Apply" button and close system settings
4. open "Activity settings" kcm via apps launcher or krunner

OBSERVED RESULT
As we can see in the attached screen recording, wireless settings on bottom are always hidden on opening

EXPECTED RESULT
window size should adjusted to make all settings visible on opening.

4. open standalone "Activity power settings" kcm running "kcmshell5 powerdevilactivitiesconfig"

"Activity settings" was removed from Plasma 6 alpha.
