Hi and thanks a lot for Okular!

I recently installed Okular on Windows Home via the Microsoft app store.

Since the executables of an app installed that way are hidden in a protected system directory, I wasn't able to make Thunderbird associate PDF files with Okular. Thus, I couldn't open PDF attachments directly with Okular.

This is why I wanted to ask you to also publish stable executables for Okular on the download page (https://okular.kde.org/download.php), in addition to the experimental executables.

I'm confident other users would also enjoy not having to go through the Microsoft app store to get a stable version of Okular.

Thanks!
