Screenshot of the wrong rendering

SUMMARY

After updating to 5.18.0, the font rendering in the system settings seems to be broken. This does not apply to the whole application, just to the right side, e.g. the panel that holds the global themes.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Open the global settings
2. Click on "Global Theme"

OBSERVED RESULT

The font rendering does not seem to apply the hinting/subpixel-rendering settings. I've added a screenshot to the attachments.

EXPECTED RESULT

The text should be crisp, like on the left sidebar.
