SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. set your system language to Chinese ,or etc.
2. put your mouse on "setting,about,etc."

OBSERVED RESULT
it will show "Alt+(A Chinese char)"

EXPECTED RESULT
it should show "Alt+A" when I put my mouse on "About" in Chinses
