Not sure, maybe popup surfaces have to be in a layer above normal windows. On the other hand, popups should be constrained inside the work area. Can you attach the WAYLAND_DEBUG output of dolphin? Created attachment 136156 [details]

STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. start Wayland session 2. open Dolphin 3. right click on a file associated with many apps, hover over "Open with" submenu OBSERVED RESULT we can notice the last entries of "Open with" submenu behind plasma panel EXPECTED RESULT all entries of "Open with" submenu are visible, like on X11. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Operating System: Arch Linux KDE Plasma Version: 5.17.90 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.67.0 Qt Version: 5.14.1
