kcm_webshortcuts.so is part of KIO. Got fixed alongside this other bug. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 423153 *** |

OBSERVED RESULT As we can see in attached screenshot, horizontal scroll bar is activated and "Preferred" column is hidden.
