SUMMARY
lamp effect doesnt work no more. I dont know if after an upgrade

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
I dont know

OBSERVED RESULT
window closes immediately, no visual effects

EXPECTED RESULT
lamp effect

Could you please run `qdbus org.kde.KWin /KWin supportInformation` from command line and attach the output to this bug report?
