SUMMARY
Fast forward and backward activating the wrong monitor

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a project and load one clip in the Clip Monitor and put one clip in the timeline
2. Click the play button by mouse on one of the 2 Monitor (Clip Monitor or the Program - the 2 have to be visible on the GUI at the same time)
3. Click on the fast forward or backward on the window which is not playing back

OBSERVED RESULT
The video in the window you are playing back changes playback speed following the direction you clicked
EXPECTED RESULT
The video in the window you are playing back stops and the fast playback in the chosen direction start in the window you clicked on.
