STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. set system settings to icon view mode
2. search for "Global": system settings finds "global theme" and "shortcuts"
3. search for "global": system settings finds "application style" and "shortcuts"

OBSERVED RESULT
search is case-sensitive

EXPECTED RESULT
search should be case-insensitive

on Plasma 5.23 beta I get different results searching for "Display" and "display".
