STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open spectacle by pressing ptintscreen key
2. make sure "Quit after manual save or copy" is unchecked
3. save the screenshot clicking on "Save as" button
4. click on "Save as" button again

OBSERVED RESULT
the error message shown in the attached screenshot appears

EXPECTED RESULT
no error message

Pass only the path to the file dialog

lastSave(As)Location includes the filename. Remove it before passing the URL to
the QFileDialog.
