SUMMARY
Got black screen after login after updating qml-module-org-kde-qqc2desktopstyle/bionic to 5.66.0+p18.04+git20200122.1411-0 version. However alt+F2 is workings and I can run konsole. I replaced it with 5.66.0+p18.04+git20200117.0155-0 version and get my desktop working back.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
I'm on neon testing so just install regular updates (latest) 
apt log:
Upgrade: neon-desktop:amd64 (4+p18.04+git20200116.2147, 4+p18.04+git20200122.1105), qml-module-org-kde-qqc2desktopstyle:amd64 (5.66.0+p18.04+git20200117.0155-0, 5.66.0+p18.04+git20200122.1411-0)

OBSERVED RESULT
black screen

EXPECTED RESULT
working plasma
