SUMMARY

The rate is capped at 50. Please allow setting higher rates (I use 90, I know some people using even higher rates).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Try to set the rate to any value above 50

OBSERVED RESULT
Doesn't go higher than 50

EXPECTED RESULT
One should be able to set the rate higher than 50
